Viewer main window in slow motion

New to the forum, and dash cams in general.

A week into the 750S and I find that when playing back using the Blackvue Viewer for Windows, the main window (whether front or rear camera) plays the visuals slowly, but the sound is normal speed, so the 2 quickly become out of sync. This is also demonstrated by the lack of sync between front & rear views when using PiP - passing cars appear through the rear camera before they've left the front, etc.

Is this a normal glitch with the Viewer? Anyone else have this problem??

Are you sure you don't have slo-mo enabled?
There should be a button on the top right of your video, though if your sound is playing normal speed... Maybe it's more than just the button being enabled.

Maybe try a fresh install of the BlackVue Viewer.
Have you noticed if the files play correctly through the mobile app?

ha, yes I should have confirmed it wasn't already slo-mo - that makes it worse, but expected!

I've tried a couple versions of the viewer 1.13 and 1.22, but no difference.

I'll try a fresh install; i've not tried playing through the mobile app yet.
