Viofo A119S or Nextbase 512GW?

Hello everyone,
I reckon I have narrowed my choice down to either Viofo A119S or Nextbase 512GW. Can anyone say which has the best night vision please? Is it the Viofo, has it has a Sony IMX 291? I've seen that the Nextbase has a Sony sensor, but is it also a IMX 291? Thanks, Mark

Not sure what the Nextbase uses, but as of right now the A119S with modified firmware is the best mid-priced cam for low-light recording IMHO. Look at the raw vids posted in the 'modified firmware' thread for this cam and I'm sure you'll like what's been done with it.

they are using a different sensor, the A119S will give better low light performance
