Viofo A229 Pro Amazon protection for 3 years £19.99 worth it?

Not sure if these things a prone to break down or not. The default warranty is 18months with registration. So £19.99 would add another 18months.
How prone are Viofo dashcams to breakdown?
Is this worth it for the money?

(Milage low, location UK so moderate temperature extremes)

They normally fail in the first week if they are going to, which isn't very often.

Eventually the capacitors will fail, but that is not going to happen within 3 years.

I'm impressed that the warranty company is so confident in them that they offer such a low charge, obviously not expecting to have to spend much time dealing with any claims, or maybe they intend to make their money by selling your details!
