VIOFO HK3 Hardwire, I’m concerned with the amount of voltage drop

Hi I’m interested if the VIOFO Hardwire HK3 Kit I installation can be altered so the voltage drop does not harm the battery by connecting the red permanent live wire to the ACC output knowing this will turn off the dash cam, will this modification harm the HK3 kit?

You can wire the kit as intended, but leave parking mode off in the settings. The camera will turn on/off with the car. If you don't want any power going to the kit when the car is off, then you can wire the red and yellow wires together into the same accessory fuse.

I have used 12.2 v cut off in my car since 3 years now, accidentally also when i put a new battery in my 2012 car, so far the 50 AH battery do fine, but i also just use parking guard for 3 houser on the timer in the dashcam.
Someone did a test of the cut off values, and they seem to be pretty bang on, or within 0,1 volt.
