Viofo Support site DOES NOT WORK

I am forced to write this post in another forum because your support site simply REFUSES to work!! I am desperately trying to resolve the firmware update problem of my new A129 duo. But it is extremely difficult to post in ur site!! i have cleared cache, logged in log out and many more.
Is the VIOFO site intentionally made dysfunctional??

You may have timed out while writing your support request.

This happens to me often on other sites.
I tend to write it in a text editor then past it in the request form.

@dashdashcam try updating the firmware via the viofo app.
It used to work on the duo.

@dashdashcam if you are in cognito mode or using a vpn that might also be another reason.

I have tried all. i copy pasted the text from a file as soon as i log in and open the thread.

I tried normal/incognito mode , different browsers, with /without VPN, cleared cache/cookies. It simply throws that OOPS error!

I just dont get it! How can i site be so problematic? sigh!

I am already dealing problems with their A129 camera but dealing with their website itself making the process a whole lot difficult

good for you. i also tried the US VPN servers if its a local server problem. but the issue remains. either VIOFO server is blocking me or my new pc is having an issue!

When I first went on that website to register I had a similar issue.

I tried a different email address for a second attempt which worked.

If you have an alternative email you can use, try that.
