Wifi Dash Cameras with a built in stream

I know there's tons of threads in this forum about "what camera should I buy", but I have a pretty specific need. I want to mount a camera inside the cab of a garbage truck (dusty and hot) and keep a continual wifi connection within the truck and capture a live stream (HTTP or RTSP). I was contemplating using a POE based camera, but can't find anything decent that will handle the extreme sunlight and temperatures.
