WiFi keeps disconnecting

sorry for confusion . the ios wifi disconnetion issue is related with iOS itself . it mean disconnection issue is related with Hub app . not camera itself . to solve this issue , we wait the patch from iOS. you can understand if you searching " ios 26.2 wifi issue on google. Maybe all other device which use wifi connection has same error with same version of iOS. Now we have report this issue already to iOS . for more understanding , in case of ios 26.1 is worse about wifi connection . iOs patched this issue iOs26.2 is better , but still have the issue. we expect this issue will be solved soon cause mosf of iOS user have same issue.
 
for help you understanding , we can duplicate this issue in our lab with same evironment( ios version). For now, there's no other option but to wait. We're continuously reviewing other options before an iOS patch is released. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience. I asked you to review your settings and live feed to see if there were any other issues. I wish I had explained all this from the beginning, as it would have been more helpful for your understanding.

If you have a hankering for suffering, Apple has released iOS 26.3 Beta 2. 🙂

Apple users are still looking into whether the N1 modem/26 issue with WiFi/Cellular connection drops has been resolved.

I just wanted to give you a little update that the dashcam is now turning off by itself and then back on when I connect to the app. It happens last night and a few minutes ago. But I got a notification from UPS that the other new one is on the way coming from Vueroid. I really hope the new one is not like this.
 
Hey Lufa, I received the replacement dashcam but it keeps turning off after a few hours or minutes while in parking mode, even though it is connected to a battery pack. The first dashcam wasn’t doing that. I also checked the dashcam settings to make sure the parking voltage cutoff time is not causing it

S1 check the level of battery . if the battery voltage level is lower than configured , it will be turned off. if you can share the your confin.bin file and the parking recording video clip , we can check what is happend. The config.bin file have the cut off voltage information what you set , and the parking recording video clip can give us the battery level of your car , you can check the voltage level from the OSD ( the video clip OSD has the voltage level). the information of your car is more helpful to solve this issue. in case of Hybrid car or EV car have to be set with care. you said , you connect a battery pack , does it mean extra batter or car batter ? please share your config.bin file and parking mode video clip and your car information. Sorry for inconvenience.

according to your statements, "it keeps turning off after a few hours or minutes while in parking mode," => we can suspect the battery level can cause this issue . some time working a few hours -> we can think , all wire connection and configuration is OK, But the battery level is different . so can we check the level of battery and check parking mode operation time (maybe according to the level of battery , the operation time may be different)

and I had check your viedo clip. and I come to know the battery level show 13.0V . in that case , it can work for a while .
 
I am in direct contact with someone from Vueroid and also, it’s connected to three cellink Neo battery pack.

I know. now I'm supporting her.
And I got confgiure file and the image clip . Already checking your config.bin . you set the cut off voltage as 11.0 , the parking mode is motion and impact , and the cut off time is set to zero.
the configuration is correct .
we suspect the level of battery . and in case of low battery , the S1 recoding the video file before turning off . you can find the video file in parking directory .
if you find the last file , and play it , you can see below OSD and heard some voice announce.
if you find similar video file , parking operation time is related with battery level.

As soon as I got another footage like that, I will send it to you because the current ones has been deleted because I factory reset the dashcam today to do some troubleshooting because the camera were booting off and on.

so, after factory reset, the booting off and on is cleared ? and what kind of SD card do you use ?
and what is your opinion that I suspect your current parking operation time is related with Battery ( charging time, I mean , the capacity of battery)
 
Actually, it didn’t fully clear because I was on the freeway heading from the hospital last night and it was turning off and on again. I am using 3 cellink Neo battery, the main battery, and two extended battery and I check the battery and it’s showing that it’s charged with a lot of juice left in it.

it was turning off and on again. => it mean , during driving the S1 turn off / on ??, and if S1 turn off/on duing drive, How about to connect the power of S1 using cigar plug ? for check the S1 has some prob lem or not regarding power H/W . If S1 work well with cigar plug , we can think, the S1 power block has no falut .(for your understanding , parking record won't work with cigar plug). To check the battery level , you'd better to check the OSD of the vidoe clip.

Yes, it’s turning off/on while I am driving. Even today it was turning off/on while I was driving to work. The reason why I won’t connect it using the cigar plug, is that I want to be able to use parking mode, plus it’s professionally install and I will have to get it removed by the technician to be able to connect it with the cigar plug, which is going to cost me extra money.
