[Xiaomi Yi] Share your scripts and settings

Camera's Serial: Z22l
Camera's Firmware: 1.12.12

Hi guys , i'm new of the site , also i search a script for:
-1920x1080 30 and 60 fps at 35mbps
-shoot photo without the reduction noise (for photo similar at raw ) , and set quality jpeg 100

it is possible ? thank you

What values the Camera set by firmware?
For example noise reduction, jpg quality...is Whitebalance set to Auto...? What are the Standard values set by xiaomi, which cannot changed by the app. Who knows about that?

the value that I know that for now can't be changed via script or firmware is autoiso on video.. You can't choose a specific ISO value while you recordig a video... for the rest is set of course by firmware but you can change them via script..

You don't even read first page of this thread.....
Code:
#enable raw+jpeg stills
t app test debug_dump 14
Code:
#enable 1080p30 at 35Mbps video
writew 0xC05C1F72 0x420C
#enable 1080p60 at 35Mbps video
writew 0xC05C1EE22 0x420C

without script that change parameters photos are without corrections, or I don't get your point...

Hi i like photo in jpeg but with quality of the raw or less. i would less compression in jpeg photo . it is possible?

it is possible video in time lapse with long time of exsposition else the simply phoro in timelapse?
exist , script for remove/not create file .thm?
can you say the code for the different framerate .(ex. 35 is 0x420C9 . for 25 , 40 and 45?
that script have you , of interest? if you speak italian language , because i and you don't in italian language?:D

thanks

you mean timelapse with long exposition?
exist , script for remove/not create file .thm?
sure add this in script:
Code:
lu_util exec rm /tmp/fuse_d/DCIM/100MEDIA/*_thm.mp4
can you say the code for the different framerate .(ex. 35 is 0x420C9 . for 25 , 40 and 45?
you wrote bitrate not fps, if you interested in all framerates address look here
that script have you , of interest? if you speak italian language , because i and you don't in italian language?:D
Cause here we're many people from different country, if anyone speak own language it'll be a real mess... :p
you're welcome.. :)

the rest is set by firmware and can be changed via script ok, but what values are set normaly.
Noise reduction, gamma correction, saturation, vibrance, whitebalance, exposure, jpg quality...have these parameters a fix values, set to zero or an auto modus?
I think the resultat of videos only after lens fix and changing gamma 125, saturation 140 and vibrance 80 is the best for my 23l 2,3k 35mbps
The movie script from nutseynut make problems in darker scenes coming from sun in shadow and scenes the sun comes directly to the lens.
only the fotos could be better.
What can i do to become only fotos better in normal light conditions (sharpness, exposure) without changing parameters for video? What iso, shutter?
Any ideas and scipt settings?
thanks gente

#enable 1080p30 at 35Mbps video
writew 0xC05C1F72 0x420C

for jpeg quality
Code:
#SET JPEG QUALITY TO 100
writeb 0xC0BC205B 0x64
for ISO value (example 100)
Code:
#SET ISO TO 100
t ia2 -ae exp 100 0 0
the second value after 100 is for shutter speed, @Squeamish wrote a very useful file with alot of shutter speed value but I can't find it right now...

I'm not really sure if this really works:

#SET JPEG QUALITY TO 100
writeb 0xC0BC205B 0x64

Anyone can confirm on this? Mine not working on 22L 1.2.12

I shoot in raw so I don't use it I find with search in another thread about jpeg quality, maybe is for older firmware and in 1.2.12 are changed address..

but what is standard quality and iso setting by xioami without script?
no noise reduction and gamma correction without script?

I think you mean this (attached).
Also, here's a script snippet with ISO and shutter speed options. Of course, shutter speed in Yi is totally variable, so you can set at any value that works for you, not just these. ISO values, I dunno if they're continuously variable or not - haven't tried that.

Code:
#ISO possible values from 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 6400, 12800, 25600 Maximum
#shutter_speed values from 1-2047 -> 1==7.9s, 8==7.7f, 50==6.1s. 100==4.6s, 200==2.7s, 400==1sec, 590==1/3sec, 600==1/5sec, 800==1/10sec, 900==1/15sec, 1000==1/30sec, 1100==1/50sec, 1145==1/60sec, 1200==1/80sec, 1275==1/125sec, 1300==1/140sec, 1405==1/250sec, 1450==1/320sec, 1531==1/500sec, 1607==1/752sec, 1660==1/1002sec, 1788==1/2004sec, 1800==1/2138, 1900==1/3675, 2000==1/6316, 2047==1/8147 (EXIF value)

#set fixed photo ISO 400 and auto shutter speed
t ia2 -ae exp 400 0 0
Obviously, from this example, the first term in the arguments is the ISO, as @Fried pointed out, while the second is shutter speed and the third is AGC (automatic gain control) I believe. I haven't tried changing that one either.

Not exactly I downloaded a your file with many shutter speed value, but it works this as well ... :)
