Best interview with Oxford's Prof. Hill for the explanation is from India:Oxford tweeted that their vaccine was 70.4% effective which is quite lower than the Pfizer and Moderna versions

Then they went on to say one dosage method was 90% effective while the other was 63%. Statements like this are confusing and they should know how to word things better than this
