Did you go in the menu and reset default settings after upgrading? Failure to do this can cause some strange behaviors.

Me too. They should provide full changelog since the beginning and all versions of firmware on their website.

I installed 3.6 after 3.4 and I think that compression may be different as the picture looks better on V3.4

I went back to 3.4 yesterday and today they announced 3.9!


I will rather wait for the feedback before trying the newest one.

updated. everything looks ok but my power supply might broken. lol every time I check my dashcam when I upgrade the firmware. I always find something else happened.

Are you using Timelapse? In Timelapse, the camera will beep every time a new file is created.
