How many amps does the cam use? I am thinking it is very low

If you are looking for a power supply then it should be capable of 2 amps, the average use is a lot less as seen in the above video.
 
Understood. Still trying to find accessory for my panel I installed in the engine bay. So with that low of amps no relay is needed,
