Best settings for A119 V3?

I recorded three samples,

1440P 60fps, High Bitrate, HDR OFF
1440P 30fps, High Bitrate, HDR ON
And 1080P 60fps, High Bitrate, HDR ON

Exposure is on 0.

Can't really decide which is the best? Because each has it's own pros and cons.
I like the smooth picture of 60fps, but HDR is needed if it's sunny or rainy so it can adjust the light automatically.
I noticed on 1440P 30fps with HDR ON there is a small issue that on 40-50km/h it's impossible to read license plates unless I pause the video (and if I pause I get a very clear image of the license plate).

What do you use currently?

There's some glare on the windshield so I also bought the CPL filter, does it impact night performance? And how do I attach it? Doesn't matter?

Exactly. Given the ever-varying conditions we record in there is no single "best", only what we think we like best as of right now which may change in a few moments

Since the cam can't think for us then all we can do is decide ahead of time what gives each of us the most of what we want personally, and then hope our footage will be adequate should we really need it
