Can’t access camera

The other day I tried to access my camera but instead of being able to view footage , the app just opened on the cloud subscription page, I’m not a subscriber to cloud as I’d never use remote view, it keeps wanting me to subscribe, but it’s in dollars, I did try deleting the app and re installing, but it’s still the same, where am I going wrong?

All sorted now, I didn’t realise that there was an updated app, so once I downloaded it, I gained access back
