yes if you have had a event during parking mode, then you will need to have lightning fast reactions to stop the playback at the right time, or playback at a slower speed or even frame by frame.
I am not sure if when in parking mode and recording slow FPS, and the camera get a G-sensor event that then trigger regular recording for a while. that would be nice as the slow FPS recording for good reasons dont have audio on it.
Most regular media players you can do frame by frame playback ( forwards or backwards ) by pressing a button on the keyboard, it can also be done in Street guardians dashcam player.
The time lapse sloe FPS parking mode are a means to be able to record all the time in a hot environment, if you dident do it that way the camera would quickly overheat, and also if you was recording regular 30 FPS video while parked then the memory card space consumption would be just as high parked as when running in regular drive mode.
One just need to be aware of this and then playback 1 frame at the time if you had a event to find the 5 - 10 frames in the recording where you can get usable information.
No need to be reviewing parking mode video clips if there are no events, i think watching time lapse footage for a longer period would just be stressful.
If you watch this video and then lower the playback speed to 0.25 it get a little easier to keep up ( you can lower the speed by pressing the cog in the lower right corner and then select speed / 0.25
It is 3 hours of work compressed to 7 minutes.
