Didn't look at the vid, but it's all the help I can offer in these situations

Seems to be a problem that the camera is facing the wrong direction at the time of the incident and there is no evidence that the car that was chased was the right one.not sure if you downloaded the video but I don't think anything will help him

We can't actually see that the other car was moving at the time of the collision. If we were in a long wheelbase vehicle then you would assume it was us that collided with a stationary car while cutting the corner. I would expect the insurance to go 50/50. Also I'm not sure that is clear that the guy did a runner, he wasn't driving slowly, but didn't seem that fast either, only just fast enough to get away.I guess there's a level of assumed guilt once the guy does a runner, until that point though I would have questioned what portion of blame they should have had, sure he was pulling out of a side street but the actions of the camera car weren't the best either

+1can't say it looked fault free based on the evidence provided, I went back and watched it a few times at that point of impact and it does sound like when he straightened out the indicator turned off, and then he turned cutting the corner, from the other guys perspective that may have been interpreted as the guy changing his mind and deciding to go straight and he's rolled forward, and then he's gone for the turn anyway, bit of a grey area I would think as far as assigning blame 100% on one party
