Nextbase 322 update

Hi guys, anyone any idea why my firmware update wont complete? The screen shows the camera connected, but never moves from this screen. When I initially downloaded the updated the internal battery died, so I plugged in the charger quickly, not sure if this would be an issue? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and factory reset the camera, but no joy
