Nextbase 422GW Firmware Update Problems

Hi there.
I followed the recommended process to update firmware on NextBase 422GW - download new files, move to SD card, and the dashcam said it was updating. But since then (several hours) nothing, just a blank screen. Now I can't even turn it on!
Can anyone help?
