Hello,
So far I have loved my SG9663DC however today I have ran into an issue. So I got off work and when I got home I went to hold the power button as I normally do to power off the camera however this time it did not make a beeping noise when I pressed it. I then went to press it again and held it down for a few seconds nothing happened. So I went to unplug the camera to check it out. The USB port at the end of my hardwire kit separated from the camera. As I looked at the camera it appears the buttons are jammed again as in this post here I made a long time ago (https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/camera-will-turn-on-30-minutes-later.35251/post-418022). They have looked melted/deformed for a while now which I am guessing is from the heat. I don't use a sunshade on the car. I have attached photos of the camera below.
