Problem with connection

Hi, i am trying to connect my 312gw to my s10 but it connects with no internet so i cannot progress.

Is your phone's data turned off (airplane mode)?
That's usually needed before it can connect to the cam as it has priority over wifi by default.

Thabks mate but i managed to sort it turns out it was because i had location set to only while the app was running but when i changed it to allow it all the time it started working
