Rear camera won't record

I originally purchased a SGGCX2PRO and used it for over a year. It performed perfectly. I recently purchased SGR291CAM rear camera. I updated the firmware to 1.29 per instruction. Now the dash cam keep beeping. I tried different memory same issue. I tried different usb cord, same issue. Anyone having the same issue?

There is a separate bootloader and firmware to convert the camera to an SGGCX2PRO+. Did you go through that process? If not the 291 rear camera is not compatible with the X2PRO.

Yeah as i understand it is not just loading the firmware for the other model after you got the updated rear camera, but with the files and instruction from SG USA i am sure you will be up and running soon.

Just want to give an update. For people who have the similar problem.
Basically if you have a SGGCX2PRO and want to run another rear camera ( SGR291CAM ) you have to:
-Update it to SGGCX2PROplus firmware
-Update again to SGGCX2PROplusFirmwareV1.30
Then it worked perfectly.

Street Guardian support was excellence. I got my problem solved within an hour or two.
