Rexing v1p max just shows red light no screeb

I’ve had my Rexing for almost 2 years now, and it just died on me and only shows a red light, but the screen will not power on. Has anyone had any experience with this brand or know what might be the cause of it? I’m assuming that it is a capacitor.
