Sorry guys. I'm just a bit frustrated with the whole experience at this point.
yeah I can understand that, it frustrates the hell out of me when there are problems, if you have a problem we'll sort it out regardless, don't ever think we won't look after you, same goes for any other customer, no person is perfect, no product is perfect, everything without exception can be improved, main thing is we stay focussed on making those improvements, even though negative feedback might be depressing at times the reality is we need it if we want to make improvements and making things better for everyone
