The Pier28 USA edition won't include the 32GB card. We might re-think this in the future, but no bundled card for now. We do offer cards on our site though, and will work out external bundle deals.
We are working on new packaging, but the first shipment will be a plain white box.

I don't care if the product showed up in shoebox, so long as its protected.

Obviously there are many who need/want a fancy box, but if a plain white box with a link to download the manual (in that way,the manual can be constantly updated without having to re print manuals...) would result in money being diverted to R and D and/or lower the cost of the product, I'm all game for that.
