Good this thing this driver had a DashCam to show what happened. I'm sure it prevented all kinds of legal trouble.

 
What happened to the car driver? I watched several times and can't see the driver of the car, or any signs he or she got out of the car.
I would have been out in a heart beat.
 
Right hand drive you can hear the older lady sound in her voice. she takes her keys out of the ignition just before the footage cuts.
