turn screen off whilst driving

hi guys have recently installed SG9665GC into car and am running latest beta software. the camera is recording fine but have one question, even though camera is snug behind rear view mirror I have noticed that the screen remains on even though I have set it off in the menu is there something I am missing?

Off means the screen saver is off and screen stays on. Choose the other timeout options and the screen will turn off after the set number of seconds.

No worries, I also did same mistake while ago when started with dashcams.
