X2s rear camera strange colours. Help

Hi I bought the DDPAI x2s pro dual dash cam, I paid and had it installed/ hardwired. From the minute it was installed there was this strange colour on the rear camera. The front camera is completely fine.

I have tried reformatting the sd card, checking I have the updated version of the app, checking I have the updated firmware on the camera. Nothing has worked. Has anyone come across this problem before?

Looks like a faulty image sensor to me, or possibly it is not soldered in place correctly.
I think you will have to send that one back.

Not common for this to happen, but it does occasionally.

Try and negotiate to just send the rear camera back...
