522GW Freezing & not displaying Rear Camera

My camera setup appears to be having more and more frequent issues. It freezes (no touchscreen operation, getting hot), and fails to display the Rear Camera inset. This unit is only a few months old, and was installed by a professional installer.
Is there anything obvious I should be looking for?

I seem to recall the rear dashcam plug needs checking it's completely inserted.

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your rear camera. I would recommend the following:

1. Clean all of your rear camera connectors with an alcohol wipe to ensure that they're clean and free of debris.

2. Ensure the Rear Window Camera cable is fully inserted where the cables join- it should click when it's fully connected together. There's a connector about 30 cm from the rear camera, this connector can be a little deceiving and needs to be really tight.

What brand, size, model and class of SD card are you using please?
When and where was the SD card purchased please?
How often is the card usually formatted please?
