Those have different meanings, the first is when the child falls over, and the second when it is lifted back up off the ground, although I think the second was originally for when the child was lifted up to get them up out of bed at the start of a new day.In Danish we would also say opsedasse where English would be upsy-daisy for say a child that have fallen over and hurt itself.
Indeed.It is a weird and wonderful world we live in.
