Cellink / Blackvue Battery Mass Defect? Low Voltage Warning

Just had it happen to me. It looks like the fast charging feature of these batteries eventually become defective, giving the low voltage warnings on the app and rendering the device unable to charge.

I tapped into the xt60 connector using my multimeter and even when provided perfectly stable power it still indicates low voltage. The voltage going in doesn't match the voltage on the app.

I hooked it up to a to a PC power supply and converted a few Molex connectors to XT60 and it still refuses to charge. There's something wrong with the BMS of these devices that eventually cause it to stop working.

I took it apart to measure the cell voltages, voltages looks fine. B124.
