Just had it happen to me. It looks like the fast charging feature of these batteries eventually become defective, giving the low voltage warnings on the app and rendering the device unable to charge.
I tapped into the xt60 connector using my multimeter and even when provided perfectly stable power it still indicates low voltage. The voltage going in doesn't match the voltage on the app.
I hooked it up to a to a PC power supply and converted a few Molex connectors to XT60 and it still refuses to charge. There's something wrong with the BMS of these devices that eventually cause it to stop working.
I took it apart to measure the cell voltages, voltages looks fine. B124.
And my B124-E

Low voltage warning on Cellink Neo
Hi all, I have been trying to install the Blackvue 900 on my BMW G01 X3 30d. I have run all the cables and tried to use the back fuse box to connect a cellink neo battery to enable parking mode. This has been an issue as the fuses I have tried F273 (rear cig lighter) and F207 (* reserved...

EDIT: CellLink Neo charging voltage 2-2.5V lower than car battery voltage
My CellLink Neo has started to demonstrate low voltage warning when set to high (9A) charging while hardwired to the car. I noticed that my car's voltage drops by 2.2-2.5V when charging the battery pack, triggering the low voltage warning. I do not think the voltage drop was that much when it...

Cellink Neo
I just got a low voltage warning from my less than a week old Cellink NEO hardwired. I understand this simply means that the battery of my car is below 11.7V and that it may need more time for my car to charge to get above this threshold. Is this something that’s going to get worse in colder...
