Can someone please tell me which is the latest update, I’m running on 19.9

Connected up to computor this morning and updated to v21.5. How do I update my iso phone or doesn’t that matter. I do not upload vids to it or use Alexia or the other stuff.

R21.5 is the latest firmware version currently (date 23/6/2022).
Are you looking to update the iOS version on your phone, or update the MyNextbase Connect app please?

I’ve managed to update my phone as I posted yesterday, just my desk top now (if there is an update to {my nextbase})?

Hi,

1. Open MyNextbase Player.
2. Select 'Help' in the top right.
3. Select 'Check for Updates'
4. Select 'OK' in the pop up.
5. If the page then returns to the home screen without prompting an update, you are already fully up to date. If you are on an older version, you will be prompted to update.

The latest version is R4.9.0.
