For varying definitions of "high speed"... I can't imagine that tractor is capable of more than about 15-20mph on a paved road... Much less in a field.

So they booked him on an existing warrant, plus assault of an officer... What about the hit & run? lol

Whatever happened to please get out of the car or off the tractor, those cops are lucky Bonnie wasn't with him that day.

I used to live in Kenosha - it gets COLD there. I remember one day my car wouldn't start and I had to wait outside for the tow truck to come jump start it, -15°F and 30MPH winds is not a lot of fun.

Well -4 degrees with a low battery or frozen fuel line could be considered the car equivalent of sitting on the toilet ... without toilet paper.

I have a technophobic older friend who is constantly begging me to help him with his computer but he never follows my advice and then comes back to me with even bigger woes.
