Should work fine most of the time, you will probably want a fairly low cutoff voltage for a lithium dashcam battery, but that depends on how many weeks of low power mode you want.Not sure if this has been mentioned, nice idea that you can kinda setup impact as a failsafe, using normal parking modes until power gets low.
I'm not sure if the voltage cutoff works with dashcam batteries though, does the voltage drop slowly and is voltage a good indicator of charge?

There may be a few issues in winter north of the Arctic circle, since lithium batteries do drop their voltages a bit then, but it is not a very critical setting anyway.
