The initial indicators used to select Sharpness 20/40/60 range have been proven correct by your sample footage for 20 & 60.Here is the MOD-6Nc footage taken with sharpness 20 and 60 on the same route almost at the same time.
The difference is obvious, sharpness 60 is too much, 20 looks much better (I might want it even lower).
Settings: 1080p@60fps + CPL + EV 0 + WDR Off + Frequency 60Hz + Sharpness 20

Clearly demonstrates the difference in 'halo' edges around buildings. At this point we know HIGH 60 is maximum before ugly over-sharpening. LOW 20 looks good and could be considered soft. I purposely created this range to leave MED 40 as Normal but had no actual video, also I made a type-o in the 6Nb firmware and previously set it as 60. MOD-6Nc is the correction with everyones agreement may only require slight tweaks 18/28/58 , 22/42/62 ...
Great results, need more confirmations before making any adjustments.
