But GITUP GIT1 used Novatek 96655 Chipset。

the processor doesn't make the image quality. the A118 and the safeguard equivalent both use the same novatek processor, but the A118 uses an aptina image sensor while SG uses a Sony. that's the main reason why SG has a better picture than the A118.

the image sensor is a bigger piece of the puzzle for sure, in this case though we are running a 2 channel capable processor in single channel mode, it has a lot more headroom than the 96650 does which does also help with the outcome

to me, a good analogy would be something like this:

toyota camry 4-dr sedan with 4-cylinder engine versus a toyota camry station wagon/estate with a v6 engine, where the car itself is the processor, and the engine is the image sensor. both will do what you need in an efficient manner and do so reliably, but the wagon with the v6 can do it better since it has more power.
